Sets the trig behavior of operator A's envelope. Trigged (ON) makes it an ADE (Attack Decay End) envelope; gated (OFF) makes it an ASDE (Attack Sustain Decay End) envelope where the LEV parameter sets the sustain level and note length defines the sustain phase.
