Sets the length of the hold phase of the noise amp envelope. Fixed Hold time values (0-126) specify the hold length and ignore Note Off events (Trig Length, releasing a [TRIG] key, etc.); setting HOLD to NOTE makes the hold phase follow Note On and Note Off events.
