In the D.1 CC table the row following “SRC 2 Data entry knob G” is printed “SRC 1 Data entry knob H”, duplicating the label used eight rows earlier. Positionally it is SRC 2 knob H: SRC 1 occupies CC 16–23 and SRC 2 CC 24–31, which is how this project's MIDI resolver treats CC 31.
