正誤MIXER PAGE 3 numbers its parameter headings 12.3.1–12.3.7

§13.6 MIXER PAGE 3 prints its five parameter headings as “12.3.1 IN LR”, “12.3.3 DEL”, “12.3.4 REV”, “12.3.2 BAL” and “12.3.7 IN”; positionally they are 13.6.1–13.6.5. §12.3 SYN PARAMETERS PAGE (the FX track's drive page) prints its only heading as “12.3.8 DRIVE”, positionally 12.3.1. The printed TOC lists neither set, and no 12.3.x heading exists elsewhere. Present unchanged in the OS 1.40A and OS 1.42 manuals; depth-3 headings, so chunk ids and file names are unaffected.
