设置 noise 放大包络保持段的长度。固定的 Hold 时间数值（0-126）直接指定保持段长度，并忽略 Note Off 事件（Trig Length、松开 [TRIG] 键等）；把 HOLD 设为 NOTE 则让保持段跟随 Note On 和 Note Off 事件。
